A leading international engineering, manufacturing, and construction company is hiring a Site Supervisor for its High Voltage (HV) Substation Projects in Saudi Arabia, particularly in the Dammam, Khobar, and Makkah Region.

This is a full-time, permanent position offering the opportunity to work on 132kV and 380kV electrical substation projects, contributing to Saudi Arabia’s ambitious energy infrastructure goals. The hiring company is a global EPC contractor renowned for its involvement in power transmission, power generation, and energy transformation projects in the Kingdom.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all electrical works at 132kV and 380kV HV substations.

• Ensure compliance with drawings, project specifications, and approved work procedures.

• Coordinate and monitor subcontractor performance and daily site operations.

• Enforce strict Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols.

• Identify and report any unsafe activities, incidents, or non-conformance issues.

• Track the use of labor, materials, and equipment at the site.

• Assist in redlining technical drawings and compiling As-Built documentation.

• Support commissioning and testing teams in clearing punch list items.

• Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and project teams.

Desired Candidate Profile

To be successful in this role, the candidate must meet the following criteria:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

• Must be registered with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).

• Minimum 2–3 years of on-site experience with electrical or HV substation projects.

• Familiarity with SEC, ARAMCO, NEOM, or National Grid (NG) projects is highly desirable.

• Excellent reporting, supervision, and communication skills.

• Willing to relocate and work in multiple regions across Saudi Arabia including Jeddah, Makkah, and the Eastern Province.
